"Life After Death" is an inspiring short film documentary of my redemptive journey through depression, homelessness, addiction, obesity and the loss of my mother Linda Pope - all overcome by fitness. Directed and produced by Sabur Karim-Kincey of Monumental Sound & Film, this story takes viewers on a journey that starts low and beautifully crescendos into highs of perserverance and hope! A must see for those who struggle or have struggled with the challenges of life.
